Jeff Brohm drew a standing ovation from the Mackey Arena crowd Saturday; also, Purdue cruised from start to finish in an easy 77-53 win over Cleveland State. They've got the week off for finals before facing Notre Dame in Indianapolis in the Crossroads Classic next Saturday.

WBB Thumps Colgate, Moves to 5-4
Purdue women's basketball followed up a 3-1 road trip with a convincing 71-51 rout of Colgate, moving them to 5-4 on the season. They'll be in action this week Tuesday vs Central Michigan, Thursday at Ball State, and Saturday vs NC Central.
