Tom Crean Doesn't Like Meanie Student Sections

What began circulating on some of the message boards turns out to be true. Tom Crean and his staff has contacted the Big Ten in advance of tonight's Senior Night game at Mackey because he didn't like that the Paint Crew had plans to "target" players and coaches. Specifically, and the Paint Crew tweeted about this during the day, they had stuff on their game day sheets going after both Crean and Thomas Bryant. 

Now, technically, this is against the conference rules but then you have people like Tom Izzo, who pretend to care what the Izzone says but then often conveniently don't hear them when they're being obnoxious. 

It's also interesting given what some student sections have hurled at people like Isaac Haas.  

Regardless, the Paint Crew -- being adults -- diffused the situation by not distributing those sheets at all. 

We felt it was worth noting this to you in case you happen to be near Coach Crean at the game and want to let him know you think his focus is in exactly the right place as they head into his last visit to Mackey Arena.
