Rod Woodson To Be Honored in Ft. Wayne

We received a press release regarding Rod Woodson being honored in Fort Wayne next week. The story is as follows:


Woodson will be recognized by the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Allstate in Fort Wayne, IN, next week  as part of “Hometown Hall of Famers™,” a national program honoring the hometown roots of the sport’s greatest players with special ceremonies and plaque dedication events in local communities.

An 11-time Pro Bowl selection as cornerback and safety for the Pittsburgh Steelers, San Francisco 49ers, Baltimore Ravens and Oakland Raiders, and former high school standout at Snider High School in Fort Wayne, Ind., Woodson will be presented with his “Hometown Hall of Famer™” plaque during a special ceremony at 1 p.m. ET on Wednesday, April 25, at Snider High School, where the plaque will live permanently to serve as an inspiration for the entire community.
